Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable CWB Certified Welder to join our production team. The successful candidate will perform high-quality welding tasks on structural steel components in accordance with CWB regulations and company safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform welding tasks using SMAW, FCAW, or GMAW processes.
Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings accurately.
Ensure compliance with CSA W47.1 / CSA W47.2 standards.
Inspect finished welds for quality, defects, and structural integrity.
Operate fabrication tools including grinders, torches, and plasma cutters.
Maintain safety standards by wearing appropriate PPE at all times.

Job Requirements
Valid CWB Certification (Current and up-to-date transferable tickets).
Multi-position capability (Must hold S-Class or T-Class for Flat, Horizontal, Vertical, and Overhead).
Work experience (Minimum 2–3 years of structural steel or custom fabrication experience).
Technical skills (Proficient in reading engineering blueprints and weld symbols).
Physical fitness (Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in noisy environments).
Safety mindset (Valid Fall Protection or Confinement Space certificates are an asset).

2)General helper-2 persons
Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and motivated General Helper to join our team. In this role, you will support various departments, assist skilled tradespeople, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure daily operations run smoothly. No advanced experience is required, but a strong work ethic is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Assist skilled trades (such as welders, fabricators, or technicians) with daily tasks.
Load and unload materials, tools, and finished products safely.
Maintain cleanliness by sweeping floors, clearing debris, and organizing tools.
Operate basic hand tools and power equipment (e.g., grinders, drills, saws) safely.
Move materials around the shop or job site manually or using a hand truck.
Follow all safety rules and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Job Requirements
Physical stamina (Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long hours, and bend/reach).
Strong work ethic (Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills).
Communication skills (Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions in English).
Team player (Capable of working well with others in a fast-paced environment).
Safety-conscious (Awareness of basic workplace safety hazards).
Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, or construction environment is an asset but not required.
